Privacy policy

MedWorldHub (“we”, “us”), operating pharmtechpractice.com, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Learning data: test answers, scores, timing and tutor preferences, stored in your browser and, if you sign in, in your account.
• Tutor conversations: the messages you send to your teacher are processed to generate replies. We keep recent conversations in your browser; we keep only daily usage counts on our servers.
• Voice: microphone input for voice questions and speaking practice is processed by your browser. If you choose to create your own teaching voice, your recording is sent to our voice provider (ElevenLabs) to create a synthetic voice, with your consent; you can delete it at any time from your account.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive your full card number.

Service providers

Supabase (accounts and data), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT (generating tutor replies), and ElevenLabs (premium and cloned voices). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Cookies and tracking

We use only the storage needed to run the site (sign-in session, saved progress). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can delete saved progress by clearing your browser data, delete your cloned voice from your account page, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@medworldhub.com.

Children

The service is intended for users 13 and older. Students under 18 should use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.
